Customer Support Specialist

Location: Amsterdam / Remote

About the Role: As our Customer Support Specialist, you will be the link between our company and our customers. You will handle inquiries through various channels, including WhatsApp and email. You will ensure a positive brand experience by providing support, resolving issues, and building relationships that inspire trust and loyalty in our brand.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Customer-first mindset
• You will need your own laptop and headset or AirPods. Most communication occurs via text, but on some marketplaces, you may receive phone calls from customers. The system we use operates online, so there is no need to install any software. Additionally, you will receive a work-from-home allowance of €8.50 per day.
• Fluency in Dutch is required to effectively assist customers on Dutch marketplaces.

Marketing Manager

Location: Amsterdam / Remote

About the Role: As a Marketing Manager, you are the driving force behind improving our online presence and increasing our market share. You are responsible for developing and implementing strategies focused on optimizing our website, exploring new marketplaces, and stimulating the growth of our brand. You will work closely with various teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our customers.

Your tasks include analyzing website performance and making improvements for an optimal user experience. Additionally, you will actively seek out new online marketplaces to showcase our products and expand our reach. By creating effective marketing campaigns, you will help strengthen our brand identity and increase customer engagement.

Key Skills:

• Education: Any kind of degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in a related field can also meet the education requirement.
• Analytical Skills: Strong skills in analyzing data and measuring marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads.
• SEO Knowledge: Experience with search engine optimization and improving website visibility.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Team Player: Capacity to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments. Staying in touch with fulfillment services and be able to make new relations with other businesses. Every step forward is a way for us to improve. 
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
